CAREERS AT BARON’S COVE
Main responsibility is to remove and stock guest room closets with linen & towels from laundry department.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and restaurant with complete oversight of the hotel’s public spaces, restaurant dining area and all areas of the kitchen. Maintain consistent placement of amenities, machines and inventory. Good communication and customer service skills required. Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 pm to 7 am).
Front Desk Agent
Responsible for ensuring the utmost customer service standards that are welcoming and inviting to hotel. Must be computer efficient. 1-2 years of previous experience in front desk/hotel guest services is required.
Serve beverage (and at times food) items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
Responsible for greeting guests, answering phones and maintaining a steady flow of guests into the restaurant.
Food and Beverage Positions
Servers – Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers. Must have experience.
Back Waiters– Must be able to excellently perform the skills and responsibilities of a Server Assistant, Barista, and Runner as this position is responsible for supporting their teammates in all capacities during service.
Bartenders/Barbacks– Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Cocktail Servers– Serve beverage (and at times food) items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Pool Servers- Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers in our Pool Area. Must have experience.
