CAREERS AT BARON’S COVE
Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsible for tending to guests’ needs and maintaining knowledge of the menu. Fine Dining experience a plus.
Responsible for ensuring the utmost customer service standards that are welcoming and inviting to hotel. Must be computer efficient. 1-2 years of previous experience in front desk/hotel guest services is required.
Protects integrity of building and assets, reconciles all interfaces and balances with PMS system audit. Night shift required.
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms. Ensure all guest rooms are sufficiently supplied and free of debris and dust. Remain friendly and outgoing towards guests at all times.
General maintenance skills required with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and painting repairs.
Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, assisting with luggage.
Food and Beverage Positions
Servers – Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers. Must have experience.
Back Waiters– Must be able to excellently perform the skills and responsibilities of a Server Assistant, Barista, and Runner as this position is responsible for supporting their teammates in all capacities during service.
Bartenders/Barbacks– Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Cocktail Servers– Serve beverage (and at times food) items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Pool Servers- Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers in our Pool Area. Must have experience.
