Bussers /Runners:

Responsible for supporting their teammates in capacities during service, including clearing and resetting tables, and delivering food to guests.


Responsible for positive experience of guests while maintaining the quality standards and supervision of the outlet staff.


Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.

Cocktail Servers:

Serve beverage (and at times food) items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.


Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Line/ Prep cook:

Manage all aspects of the food production for a la carte service, including food preparation according to the description. Adhere to sanitation practices.


Proper operation of dishwasher machine, sorts, racks and distributes dishes and glasses in racks provided. Loads and unloads machine.

Pool Servers:

Serve food courses and beverages to guests who are in the pool area.

Bar Manager:

Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for beverage outlets, including supervision and direction of service staff. Ensure excellent customer service and safety.

Front Desk Agent:

Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.

Night Auditor:

Main responsibility is managing the nightly audit routine. Protecting the integrity of the building and all assets contained herein. Reconcile and complete all daily front desk agents’ work. Run trial balance to post rooms and close the day. Night Shift required.


Main responsibility is to clean and sanitize guest rooms.
