Activities Attendant:

This position is responsible for maintaining a strong client relationship and ensuring that all event specifications are communicated to and executed by all hotel operating departments making for a successful experience for the client and attendees. Maintain constant communication with the department managers and sales team.

Administrative Assistant

To maintain effective organization in the administration office at Barons Cove and to assist with ensuring effective communication from and to employees

Gift Shop Clerk

Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.

Bellman

Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guests, assisting with luggage and escorting guests to their room.

Shuttle Driver

Responsible to safely transport guests to and from offsite destinations in accordance with hotel policies and rules.

Bussers / Runners:

Responsible for supporting their teammates in capacities during service, including clearing and resetting tables, and delivering food to guests.

Host / Hostess:

Responsible for the positive experience of guests while maintaining the quality standards and supervision of the outlet staff.

Servers:

Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.

Cocktail Servers:

Serve beverage (and at times food) items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner

Line/ Prep cook:

Manage all aspects of the food production for a la carte service, including food preparation according to the description. Adhere to sanitation practices.

Dishwasher:

Proper operation of dishwasher machine, sorts, racks and distributes dishes and glasses in racks provided. Loads and unloads machine.

Pool Servers:

Serve food courses and beverages to guests who are in the pool area.

Front Desk Agent:

Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.

Housekeeper:

Main responsibility is to clean and sanitize guest rooms.
